IMPORTANT DATES:

August 1, 2024 - Registration Opens

• Choose to pay in full or pay deposit only (coupon code: DEPOSIT ONLY)

• $500 Deposit due at time of registration and needed to secure your spot 

• There will be a credit card convenience fee added to the payment

• Balance of tournament registration is due February 1, 2025

• ALL FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-transferrable

• FEES MUST be RECEIVED PRIOR to the TOURNAMENT in order to be placed on the schedule

 
February 1, 2025 - Get your hotel rooms booked!!  


May 1, 2025 - Club Rep/Coach submit team roster on SincSports

• Rosters Due from Coaches/Admin - Players/Parents will not receive email updates and information if you are not rostered & waivered)
• 2025 Player Waiver Due - All players must be current US Lacrosse Members to participate
